Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service and is not refundable if you cancel or reschedule outside of the cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee and may require a new booking fee to schedule another appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing the required notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Future appointments may require payment in full before booking.
